We are currently partnering with a well-established packaging/print manufacturing organization in the Rochester area seeking an Estimator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting customer service, production, and operations teams by preparing accurate project estimates and coordinating information throughout the quoting process.

Responsibilities

• Review customer quote requests, specifications, and project details
• Gather additional information from customers and internal teams as needed
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, production, and outside services
• Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding manufacturing processes, printing methods, finishes, and design requirements
• Maintain estimating records and standards documentation
• Analyze completed jobs and update estimating data when appropriate
• Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within required timelines
• Provide strong customer service and communication throughout the process
• Support ongoing process improvements and departmental organization

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of administrative, estimating, customer service, or office support experience
• Experience within manufacturing, printing, packaging, production, or operations environments is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
