We are a Precision Manufacturing company of complex, high-tolerance components. Our capabilities include CNC machining, fabrication, laser & waterjet cutting, and integrated sub-assembly. We support advanced programs that demand technical depth, speed, and precision.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for precision-machined and fabricated components across multiple manufacturing processes.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Build complete cost estimate for: CNC Milling (3-Axis / 5-Axis), CNC Turning, Fabrication (Sheet Metal, Forming, Assembly), Laser Cutting & Waterjet
• Incorporate complex heat treat, plating, and special process requirements
• Define routings, cycle times, and manufacturing strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Programming, Planning, and Operations
• Manage multiple RFQs simultaneously with speed and accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong Machining and Manufacturing background
• Working knowledge of CNC programming logic and process engineering
• Experience estimating complex, multi-operation components
• Organized and deadline driven team player
• Prior shop floor, Engineering, and/ or CNC programming experience and a practical, up-to date understanding of modern manufacturing processes and best practices (preferred)

Requirements

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in MRP systems (JobBOSS² preferred), Excel, and Outlook
• Strong math skills required (trigonometry a plus)
• Accurate and detail-oriented under time pressure
