Esthetician Job Description
As an Esthetician at Restore, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences through a variety of advanced skincare treatments and wellness services. Your focus will be on providing high-quality care, educating clients, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform consultations and administer esthetic treatments including Neveskin (formerly Cryoskin), Hydrafacial, Oxygen Facials, and other facial services.
Provide peels and advanced facial treatments in accordance with Restore's protocols and standards.
Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client session.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure treatment rooms and esthetic equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times.
Promote and sell Restore’s esthetic services to new and existing clients.
Cross-sell additional Restore wellness modalities that complement esthetic services to enhance overall client outcomes.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for esthetic supplies as needed.
Educate clients on Restore’s products and services that support their skincare goals and overall wellness journey.
Support daily store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, giving tours, processing sales using the POS system, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning duties.
