Job Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a full range of estate planning matters with clarity and confidence
- Draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and tailor planning strategies accordingly
- Maintain current knowledge of estate planning laws and emerging trends
- Partner with colleagues to enhance client service and strengthen internal processes
- Conduct legal research to support planning strategies and client recommendations
- Participate in educational or community‑focused initiatives that promote estate planning awareness
Qualifications
- Member of the Florida Bar
- 5–7 years of estate planning experience, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Demonstrated ability to deliver practical, client‑centered legal advice
- Strong drafting skills and experience preparing comprehensive planning documents
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Commitment to staying current on legal developments in the estate planning field
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with client education and community engagement
