Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities during the night shift
Providing leadership and support to nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Active RN license
Need 1 year experience in setting
ENPC certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
