🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on production tools
- Track equipment performance, downtime, and spare parts inventory
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Develop maintenance procedures and technical documentation
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (semiconductor preferred)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with high vacuum systems or laser technology is a plus
- Military electronics or technical training highly valued
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
💰 What’s Offered:
- $80K–$110K base salary (depending on experience)
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more)
- Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm)
