PeerSource is currently recruiting for an Epicor Administrator on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of New Oxford, PA. Relocation assistance is offered for non-local candidates.
Summary
This position supports and enhances an Epicor ERP environment. The individual will troubleshoot system issues, support users, and contribute to system improvements, development, and ongoing optimization. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to understand and improve business processes within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Epicor ERP issues across multiple modules, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Provide end-user support for Epicor functionality including dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and system customizations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes, system usage, and internal controls
- Develop and deliver user training and create documentation for workflows, procedures, and system functionality
- Support system upgrades, testing efforts, and new implementations
- Collaborate with external vendors and developers to address issues and implement enhancements
- Serve as a secondary resource for general IT helpdesk support as needed
- Identify and implement improvements to system performance, usability, and overall user experience
- Participate in IT initiatives, including development work and continuous improvement projects
Required Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience supporting Epicor ERP systems, including versions 10.2 and Kinetic
- Experience with SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Understanding of core business processes such as finance, operations, and inventory management
- Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn new systems quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; manufacturing industry experience is a plus
