Epic Ambulatory Willow Analyst (Contract)

Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension

Location: Remote with onsite travel to Jacksonville, FL once per quarter and during go-live

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Willow Analyst to support an Epic client during the implementation of Ambulatory Willow. This role will partner closely with clinical, pharmacy, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful build, testing, and go-live support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Epic Ambulatory Willow build, configuration, and validation
• Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows
• Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
• Provide go-live and post–go-live support, including onsite support during activation
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend workflow and system improvements

Requirements:

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (required)
• Prior Epic Ambulatory Willow implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory prescribing and medication workflows
• Experience supporting testing and go-live activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
