Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst

Revenue Integrity Analyst (Epic) – Hybrid

We’re hiring a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support charge capture, audits, and revenue cycle optimization in an Epic environment. This role focuses on root cause analysis, denial trends, and process improvement across hospital, physician, and home health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform revenue cycle audits, root cause analysis, and trend reporting
• Support charge master (CDM) maintenance, pricing, and CPT/code updates
• Analyze billing errors, denials, and charge capture accuracy
• Monitor Epic workqueues and support workflow optimization
• Partner with Revenue Integrity, Finance, IT, and Operations to drive improvements

Preferred Experience:

• Epic experience (Revenue Cycle modules)
• Charge Description Master (CDM)
• Charge audits, coding & billing guidelines

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
• First 90 days: Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote
• After training: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
• Must be within commuting distance
