EPIC Beaker Analyst

FULLY REMOTE POSITION BUT MUST BE ABLE TO COME ONSITE ONE WEEK EVERY MONTH

Must Haves:

• Epic Beaker Certified
• At least 2 years' experience supporting Clinical Pathology (CP) workflows
• Strong knowledge of Microbiology terminology
• Previous experience configuring lab tests and validating results using billing systems such as PB or HB
• Strong attention to detail

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Beaker Analyst for a large healthcare client in New Jersey. This person will spends their day maintaining and building laboratory workflows in Epic, including test codes, specimen handling, result routing, and interface functionality between lab instruments and the EHR. They regularly troubleshoot lab‑related incidents, work tickets, and user issues alongside lab leadership, pathologists, and IT teams. Much of the role involves testing changes, validating workflows, and supporting upgrades or go‑lives to ensure accurate and timely lab results in the system. They also collaborate with downstream teams (orders, billing, clinical apps) and document build decisions while supporting training and optimization efforts as lab processes evolve.
