Title: Epic Beaker Analyst

Rate: $150k-$159K (+ bonuses)
Location: NYC 10016 Hybrid (on site 4x a month)
Overview
Insight Global is supporting NYU on an Epic Beaker Analyst role to assist with the build, support, and optimization of Epic Beaker (Clinical Pathology and/or Anatomic Pathology). This role partners closely with laboratory, clinical, and IT stakeholders to ensure Epic Beaker workflows support patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support, build, and maintain Epic Beaker (CP/AP) functionality based on lab and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with laboratory staff, clinicians, and IT teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Configure orders, results, interfaces, instruments, and workflows within Epic Beaker
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation for new builds and enhancements
- Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support, including issue resolution and optimization
- Ensure builds align with regulatory, compliance, and patient safety standards
Must‑Haves
- 3+ years of experience within Epic Beaker
- Epic Beaker certification or strong Epic Beaker build/support experience
- Experience working with laboratory workflows (clinical pathology and/or anatomic pathology)
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and testing
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical, lab, and technical teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience in a large health system or academic medical center
- Prior NYU or enterprise Epic environment experience
- Interface or instrument integration experience
$150,000 to $159,000 per year annual salary.
