Epic Application Analyst 2- Cadence

The Epic Cadence Application Analyst II supports, configures, and optimizes the Epic Cadence scheduling application to ensure efficient access, accurate provider schedules, and a positive patient experience. This role independently handles routine to moderately complex issues and partners with senior analysts on system enhancements and projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Epic Cadence, including troubleshooting scheduling, template, and access issues
  • Configure and maintain provider schedules, visit types, time slots, and appointment rules
  • Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend improvements to support access and operational goals
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities
  • Participate in testing, validation, and issue resolution for new builds or changes
  • Work closely with clinic, access, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and gather requirements
  • Manage tickets, document solutions, and maintain build and workflow documentation
  • Collaborate with Epic, internal IT teams, and vendors as needed
  • Escalate complex issues and assist Level 3 analysts with larger initiatives



Pay Range $43-63/hour
