Epic Ambulatory/ Ambient Listening Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s Epic environment. This role will focus on application support, workflow analysis, system configuration, outpatient clinical documentation, and ambient listening integration support.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize assigned Epic applications
• Configure ambulatory documentation workflows, including note templates
• Support ambient listening build, integration, and provider onboarding
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve outpatient workflows
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and special projects
• Assist with EHR policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of Epic implementation, support, or systems analysis experience
• Strong ambulatory workflow and clinical documentation experience
• Experience supporting ambient listening integrations
• Epic Ambulatory Certification required
