Environmental Project Manager

Insight Global's client in the Environmental Consulting space is looking to add a Project Manager to their Waukesha, Wisconsin team. As an Environmental Project Manager, this person will work on a diverse portfolio of environmental consulting projects, with a strong emphasis on advanced environmental work including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), contaminated soil investigations, and assessments for asbestos, lead-based paint, and industrial hygiene. Projects supported in this role include a variety of commercial clients across multifamily development, data centers, warehouses and industrial facilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform industrial hygiene services including asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys
  • Perform environmental services including Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs)
  • Perform or assist in Phase II ESAs including soil and groundwater sampling
  • Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports
  • Scheduling of technician and intern project assignments
  • Responsible for billing customers after project completion
  • Writing project information sheets (mini scopes of work for the abatement contractors to follow)
  • Reviewing documents, lab sampling and data


Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology or related
  • 5+ years of experience in the Environmental field - Can be either industrial hygiene, phase 1 and 2's, soils, lead, asbestos, paint, etc.

Plusses:

  • Any additional environmental certifications
  • PE and PG license


Pay Rate: $30-40/hour depdending on experience
