Atlantic Breeze Staffing is partnered and recruiting for one of the fastest-growing health insurance brokerages in Doral, Florida. We're looking for Entry Level Sales Representatives to launch your sales career on a high-performance sales floor with real earning potential.
What You'll Do
You'll be handling inbound phone calls from clients actively seeking health insurance coverage. Your job is straightforward:
- Understand the client's situation and needs
- Present health insurance options that fit
- Close the sale on the call
You'll be closing multiple deals per day in a fast-paced, professional sales environment. This is real inbound sales — no cold calling, no prospecting.
Compensation
- $20/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission on every sale
- Weekly commission payouts

- Sales, call center, or phone experience is a plus (not required)
- No insurance experience needed
