As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team and help build relationships with investors, market properties, and manage deals from contract to close.


What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with real estate investors, including flippers, landlords, and buyers

• Make outbound calls and follow up with buyers daily

• Market off-market fire-damaged and distressed properties to qualified investors

• Present deal details, pricing, and property information clearly and professionally

• Coordinate property access, walkthroughs, and inspections

• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure strong offers

• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously from contract to close

• Work closely with the acquisitions specialist to align pricing and buyer demand

• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams

• Track activity and transactions within CRM systems

• Provide real-time insights to the team regarding pricing, demand, and buyer sentiment


Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+ annually

• Base Salary: $65,000

• Performance-based bonus structure with uncapped upside

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and transactions simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

• Interest in real estate, sales, investing, or deal-making

• Bachelor's degree required

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. A real estate license is not required for this position.

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time, in-office position

• Monday through Friday

• Must be able to work on-site in Westport, CT five days per week

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with applicable Connecticut law.
