Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate

Our client, the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate to join their team. As an Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $17/hr. 

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform visual and manual inspection of automotive parts
• Sort, rework, or repackage parts according to quality standards
• Identify defects and follow rework instructions accurately
• Document completed work and quality issues as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What's Needed?

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
