We’re currently hiring a full-time Entry Level Promotions Assistant to join our Milwaukee team and support live events, retail pop-ups, and brand activation campaigns.
This role is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, or individuals with entry-level experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service who are looking to build hands-on skills in events, promotions, and sales.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll gain experience in customer engagement, brand promotion, and face-to-face sales. You’ll work at live events and promotional sites, interacting directly with customers and representing well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
- Deliver clear product messaging and brand communication in person
- Build rapport through friendly, professional customer interactions
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
- Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and environments
- Work towards daily performance targets, KPIs, and sales goals
- Represent brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for candidates who may have developed skills through education, part-time roles, internships, or extracurricular activities such as:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and interpersonal)
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support
- Background in marketing, business, communications, or related fields (degree or coursework)
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Comfortable with public-facing roles, presentations, or group interaction
- Demonstrated time management, organization, and multitasking skills
