Cleanroom Pharmacy Technician (Entry-Level – Training Provided)

Location: Decatur, AL

Shift: 6AM-430PM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday

Pay: $20/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring Cleanroom Pharmacy Technicians to support a compounding pharmacy environment. This is an entry-level role — no prior pharmacy experience required. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable wearing PPE/respirators, and willing to follow strict procedures in a cleanroom setting.

In this role, you will work with bulk drums of product, accurately separating and transferring materials into smaller containers according to written instructions and safety protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work in a cleanroom environment following detailed procedures and documentation
  • Handle bulk materials and separate product from large containers into smaller, labeled containers
  • Wear required PPE, including a respirator, gowning, gloves, and protective equipment
  • Accurately measure, transfer, and package materials according to batch instructions
  • Clean and maintain work areas to meet quality and safety standards
  • Complete basic documentation and follow GMP-style processes
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing a respirator for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions exactly
  • Willingness to work with bulk materials and large drums of product
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work a steady schedule
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, laboratory, pharmacy, or production environments is a plus — but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
