Entry Level General Laborer

This entry-level role supports the maintenance team by assisting with a variety of physically demanding tasks during overnight shifts. The position is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately, shows strong reliability, and is comfortable working in small spaces for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks as workload increases.
• Perform general labor duties that may include bending, reaching, lowering to the floor, and working in physically demanding positions throughout the shift.
• Work in small or confined spaces for extended periods while maintaining focus and safety.
• Use basic hand tools as needed to assist with maintenance and general upkeep activities.
• Follow instructions from maintenance staff and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance expectations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor for the duration of the shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lowering to the floor.
• Comfort working in small or confined spaces for long periods of time.
• Basic comfort using hand tools to assist with general maintenance tasks.
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts.

• Previous experience in general labor or maintenance support is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and readiness to start work as soon as possible.

Work Environment

The role operates in a physically demanding environment where you will work closely with a maintenance team, often in small or confined spaces. Work is scheduled during overnight hours on a structured shift pattern, with options such as Saturday to Monday or Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. You will use basic hand tools and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. The setting requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to remain focused and productive during nighttime hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raymond, NH.

The pay range for this position is $36.15 - $38.70/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Raymond,NH.
