Title: ERP Software Developer

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 (Base)



Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and user stories to design effective ERP and software solutions

Configure, code, test, and deploy software applications and enhancements

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis as needed

Collaborate closely with internal business partners and IT team members

Communicate clearly through verbal and written documentation

Work in a hybrid environment with required onsite collaboration



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

High level of initiative, professionalism, and leadership

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Moderate-to-strong technical competencies with the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Ability to work independently while staying organized in a fast-paced, changing environment



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile and Kanban development methodologies

Hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft Office applications

5+ years of software development and administration experience

Familiarity with object-oriented, full-stack development best practices

Experience with Oracle PeopleTools software development (plus)

Knowledge of Financial Systems (AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, GL) or Human Capital Management

PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred
