Job Overview

The Enterprise Quality – QMS Program Manager owns and drives the enterprise program for the design, deployment, and sustainment of the company’s Quality Management System across the end‑to‑end value chain—from raw material receipt through jobsite delivery. This role ensures quality is embedded as a core operating discipline, enabling consistent execution, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence. Reporting to the VP of Quality, the QMS Manager Coordinates cross functional execution to ensure adoption, alignment, and performance of the QMS program.

Highlights of your role

  • Enterprise QMS LeadershipOwn and continuously evolve the enterprise Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with business strategy, product standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Governance, Audit & Risk ManagementEstablish and execute a robust internal audit framework to ensure compliance, identify systemic risk, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Continuous Improvement & SustainmentDrive and facilitate enterprise and site‑level improvement initiatives that strengthen process capability, reduce variability, and embed quality into daily operations.
  • Capability Development & CultureBuild organizational capability through training, standard work, and leadership engagement to reinforce a strong, accountable quality culture.
  • Cross‑Functional IntegrationPartner across functions to resolve complex quality issues, integrate quality expectations into operational decisions, and support enterprise change initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting & Executive InsightDeliver clear, actionable quality performance insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that impact enterprise outcomes.
  • Regulatory & Standards ComplianceEnsure enterprise compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal quality‑related regulations and standards.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional, enterprise‑scale initiatives
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, structured problem solving, and operational processes
  • Proven executive communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% to manufacturing sites and distribution centers

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies
  • Advanced capability in data analysis, quality reporting, and performance management
  • Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale transformation or enterprise standardization initiatives
