Our client is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid data management solutions. As trusted partners with industry-leading vendors such as HP, Dell, VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple and more, they help organizations modernize their infrastructure and solve complex data challenges through innovative technology and expert services.


We are seeking an energetic and motivated Account Executive to join their growing sales team. The AE will play a key role in fueling pipeline growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating new business opportunities. There are no barriers as to who you can ask help from whether it be from their support engineers, coaches to their executives.




Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and follow up with inbound leads to identify opportunities for storage, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
  • Manage your client accounts from beginning to end (prospecting, billing, renewals, etc)
  • Build relationships with manufacturing and distributing partners
  • Research target accounts and understand business/IT infrastructures.
  • Schedule and support discovery meetings, demos, and executive conversations.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Evaluate your client's technology issues and offer a variety of solutions to solve them



Required Skills

  • Previous experience in selling Information Technology is required for consideration. Value added reseller (VAR) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling computer hardware & software products, solutions, and services to mid-market end users required. Telecom, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Services experience is a plus.
  • Cross-market IT infrastructure/industry knowledge is required (HP Enterprises, HP Inc., Dell, EMC, VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple, etc.).
  • The proven track record of successfully bringing in net-new business is required
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and possess a strong desire for financial success!
  • Able to work and communicate clearly in a technical environment
