As part of its expansion in the Texas market, the company is strengthening its commercial team to drive new business growth.


Role Description

This is a true hunter role focused on opening new accounts, building pipeline from scratch, and closing deals in the enterprise hardware space.

The position is responsible for selling hardware and infrastructure solutions including servers, endpoints, networking, point-of-sale (POS), and contact center technologies (such as HP, Avaya, and similar), targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across the Texas Triangle (Dallas, Houston, Austin).


This role is ideal for a professional who:

  • Has a proven ability to open new markets and generate new client accounts
  • Brings existing relationships and a book of business within relevant industries
  • Has experience selling into industries such as healthcare, banking, retail, or contact centers
  • Is highly motivated by performance-based earnings and revenue growth
  • Can operate independently and own the full sales cycle


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Open new markets and expand the company’s presence in Texas Triangle
  • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate revenue generation
  • Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement)
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution delivery


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B hardware or IT infrastructure sales
  • Strong track record in new business development (hunter profile)
  • Experience selling solutions such as servers, networking, POS, or contact center technologies
  • Active book of business and existing client relationships are strongly preferred
  • Ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently
  • Experience working with industries such as healthcare, banking, retail, or contact centers
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
