Enterprise Account Executive San Francisco (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Storm2 is partnering with a global payments infrastructure business processing $300B+ annually, powering some of the world's most recognized digital brands. The U.S. GTM team is scaling now, and the top performer at this company cleared $1.4M+ in commissions last year.
COMPENSATION
- $280K to $320K+ OTE, 50/50 split
- Uncapped commission
- 18-month ramp with MBO earnings paid alongside commission
THE ROLE
- Full-cycle new logo sales into enterprise accounts ($25M+ revenue)
- $200K+ average deal size, 6 to 18 month sales cycles
- Outbound-first motion with roughly 80% self-sourced pipeline
- Selling into finance and product stakeholders
WHO FITS
- Proven hunter who builds pipeline from zero
- Closing experience in mid-market or enterprise
- Open to 2nd or 3rd-role sellers promoted from SDR/BDR, or seasoned enterprise closers. Both profiles will be considered.
