Engineering Test & Reliability Technician

We are seeking an Engineering Test & Reliability Technician to support product development through hands-on testing, failure analysis, and validation activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with hardware, solving technical challenges, and contributing to the development of next-generation technology products.

Recent graduates with Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degrees are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Perform validation and reliability evaluations on prototype and production hardware systems.
  • Execute structured test procedures and collect performance data for engineering review.
  • Investigate product failures, identify contributing factors, and support corrective action efforts.
  • Assemble, configure, and prepare hardware systems for laboratory testing and characterization.
  • Monitor test activities, track results, and maintain detailed records of observations and findings.
  • Verify product performance against engineering requirements and design specifications.
  • Support engineers in developing and improving test methodologies, fixtures, and validation processes.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure testing tools remain calibrated and operational.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Open to recent graduates with applicable lab, internship, senior project, or hands-on engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition tools.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable documenting technical findings and communicating results to engineering teams.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and engineering data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Product validation, reliability testing, engineering lab support, or manufacturing test environments.
  • Exposure to sensors, robotics, automotive systems, LiDAR, or electromechanical hardware.
  • Understanding of failure analysis techniques and quality assurance processes.
