Engineering Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the testing, configuration, and calibration of hardware products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $24

Shift: 1st Shift, 7AM-3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Perform setup, configuration, and calibration of hardware products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Conduct product testing following engineering test procedures, schematics, and policies
• Record test results accurately to ensure quality compliance
• Assist with assembly and picking functions as needed to support production goals
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and protocols

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree in Engineering or related Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and signal generators
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
