We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can help navigate that journey.


The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, execution, and people development.

You'll be responsible for helping a talented engineering team operate effectively as the company scales—ensuring teams remain productive, focused, and aligned while maintaining the agility expected in a startup environment.


Success in this role requires someone who can balance competing priorities, make thoughtful trade-offs, and create clarity in situations where there often isn't a clear answer.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing software engineers
  • Partner with engineering leadership to improve team effectiveness, delivery, and scalability
  • Drive execution across complex technical initiatives while maintaining a high quality bar
  • Help establish processes that improve consistency without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Coach engineers through career growth, performance challenges, and technical development
  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders to align priorities
  • Create an environment where engineers can do their best work and continue to grow
  • Support hiring efforts and help raise the talent bar across the organization
  • Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and organizational planning


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience leading engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in architectural and technical discussions
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing engineers at multiple experience levels
  • Experience balancing immediate business needs with longer-term technical investments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment
  • Passion for building healthy, high-performing engineering cultures
