In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Lead and manage our engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, execution, and operational excellence.

- Continuously optimize workflows, structures, and collaboration within the team to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Introduce, adapt, and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery.
- Plan and prioritize work together with the team, translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments.

For This Role, You Will Need:- A graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams, or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility.
- A strong problem‑solving and execution‑oriented mindset.
- Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Background in aerospace and defence.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
