- As part of our transformation, this role extends our UX engineering capabilities into AI-powered automation and workflow innovation. You will partner with UX, Engineering, Product, and platform teams to design, build, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve the speed, quality, and consistency of digital experiences.
- You will help embed AI-driven practices into design and development workflows, enabling teams to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate delivery, and unlock new ways of working across the enterprise.

- Design and evolve AI-powered workflow architecture to improve performance, reliability, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency across UX and front-end processes.
- Build and maintain reusable AI artifacts and automation solutions (e.g., prompt frameworks, workflow pipelines, design-to-code accelerators) aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Own the strategy and implementation of scalable AI-enabled systems and translate technical direction into easily understandable language for all levels of technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Product partners, and platform teams to identify opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions in an Agile environment.
- Enable product teams to adopt AI-driven workflows and modern development practices that increase speed, quality, and consistency.
- Measure success of AI solutions through quantitative metrics that demonstrate efficiency gains, adoption, and business impact.
- Produce clear, actionable guidelines that help designers and developers understand and adopt AI-enabled workflows.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize AI workflows to remove inefficiencies, reduce redundancy, and improve performance.
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems or related field
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems or related field
- Experience building or integrating AI/automation tools, APIs, or workflow systems
- Experience working with design systems or UX engineering practices at enterprise scale
- Experience collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption of new technologies
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience with design, prototyping, and component library tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Accessibility best practices: WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance, localization, inclusive design
- Understanding of components and patterns of a design system and how each design choice is able to scale
- Ability to express design principles and generate consensus over to achieve on the vision
- Experience with iPhone/Android app design
