We’re looking for an Endpoint & Systems Engineer with strong Jamf Pro expertise to help scale and secure device management across macOS and Windows environments. This role blends endpoint engineering, infrastructure support, and escalated help desk responsibilities.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage zero-touch deployments (Jamf Pro, Intune, Autopilot)
  • Build and maintain secure endpoint configurations and OS lifecycle management
  • Package and deploy applications across macOS and Windows
  • Enforce security and compliance standards (CIS, encryption, device policies)
  • Support network and WiFi environments (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Troubleshoot endpoint, application, and connectivity issues (Tier 2/3)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and endpoint lifecycle processes

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in endpoint engineering, systems, or similar role
  • Strong experience with:
  • Jamf Pro (required)
  • Apple Business Manager (ABM)
  • Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot
  • Solid macOS & Windows administration skills
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Jamf certification (Jamf 200/300 preferred)
  • Experience with iOS device management (MDM)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, CMMC)

Compensation

  • $105,000 – $135,000 base salary (depending on experience and certifications)
