Endodontist – High Earning Potential ($350K–$400K+) | Tampa, FL
We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join a growing, high-performing dental organization in the Tampa, Florida area.

Position Overview
As an Endodontist, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the dental pulp and root canal systems. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care focused on long-term patient outcomes.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000+ annually
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)
- Practice Model: TPO (Treatment Plan Organization) only
- Coverage: Rotating between 6 practice locations
- Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, 401K, PTO
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and root structures
- Perform advanced endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy
- Collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of patient care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Completion of an Endodontics residency program
- Active dental license (or ability to obtain in Florida)
- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience (open to 1+ year candidates)

- Must be open to traveling between multiple locations
- Must be willing to commit to a 2-year agreement
