Endodontist – High Earning Potential ($350K–$400K+) | Tampa, FL

We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join a growing, high-performing dental organization in the Tampa, Florida area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for strong earning potential, consistent case flow, and a structured schedule, while working within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

As an Endodontist, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the dental pulp and root canal systems. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care focused on long-term patient outcomes.

What You Can Expect

  • Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000+ annually
  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)
  • Practice Model: TPO (Treatment Plan Organization) only
  • Coverage: Rotating between 6 practice locations
  • Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, 401K, PTO
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and root structures
  • Perform advanced endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy
  • Collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of patient care

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
  • Completion of an Endodontics residency program
  • Active dental license (or ability to obtain in Florida)
  • Preferred: 2–5 years of experience (open to 1+ year candidates)

  • Must be open to traveling between multiple locations
  • Must be willing to commit to a 2-year agreement
  • No relocation assistance provided
