A well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm in Glendale is growing and hiring Employment Litigation Attorneys to join its collaborative, in-office team. This is a high-impact, fully onsite role (5 days/week) for attorneys who want real responsibility, strong compensation, and meaningful work advocating for employees.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
Mid-Level Attorneys (2–5 years): $150,000 - 200,000 range
Senior Attorneys: Up to $300,000
Quarterly bonuses based on attorney’s fees collected (typically 2–5%, tied to KPIs)
20% referral bonus

Approximately 14 attorneys (senior, mid-level, and junior)

What You’ll Do
Depending on experience and interest, attorneys may focus on pre-litigation, litigation, or a hybrid of both.
Pre-Litigation
Manage a high-volume caseload (150–200 matters)
Evaluate claims, advise clients, and negotiate settlements
Resolve matters efficiently while maximizing outcomes
Litigation
Handle cases from filing through resolution
Manage a caseload of approximately 40–60 matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and participate in mediations
Prepare cases for trial and assist at trial
Mid-level and senior attorneys are expected to first- or second-chair trials, depending on the caseEmployment matters include:
Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
Wrongful termination
Single-plaintiff FEHA claims
Wage & hour violations
Whistleblower claims
Leave, accommodation, and disability claims (FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, ADA)
What We’re Looking For
Active California Bar license
2–3+ years of employment law experience required
Personal injury attorneys considered only if they have substantive employment law experience
Plaintiff-side or defense-side employment background welcome
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively
Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
Willingness to work onsite in Glendale, CA, five days per week
