Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and counsel on employment and workplace law issues.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions in employment-related disputes.
• Manage Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA litigation matters.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders professionally.
• Attend court appearances and support litigation strategy development.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Employment Litigation Attorney or Employment Law Attorney.
• Experience handling Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA matters preferred.
• Active California Bar membership required (CA Bar required).
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
