A growing litigation firm is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys to join its expanding Los Angeles office. Backed by an established national platform, this team handles sophisticated employment defense, business litigation, and contract disputes for institutional and private clients.

Open Positions

  • Mid-Level Employment Litigation Attorneys (3–7 years experience)
  • Junior Attorney (open to strong law school graduates or early-career litigators)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct depositions and court appearances
  • Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
  • Work closely with partners on complex litigation strategy


Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule preferred (3 days in office)
  • Remote flexibility considered
  • Collaborative, growing office environment
  • Direct partner mentorship and hands-on litigation experience


Billable Requirement

1850 annual billable hours


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $250,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
