Key Responsibilities
- Defend and litigate a wide range of employment-related claims and agency charges
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and mediations
- Handle matters involving class and collective actions, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment torts, contract issues, and non-compete cases
- Advise and counsel employers on federal and California employment and labor law compliance
- Provide training on workplace compliance, risk management, and employee relations best practices
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and case management across assigned matters
- Class Action / PAGA experience preferred, but not required
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3-5 years of employment litigation experience; labor law a massive plus
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and a client-focused approach
