Job Summary:

A nationally recognized law firm is searching for a mid‑level Employment Litigation Associate for its New Jersey office.

Why This Role:

This role is ideal for an employment litigation attorney with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to take on substantive, client‑facing work while continuing to develop under the guidance of experienced partners and senior associates. Attorneys in this role will be hands‑on with cases and actively involved in client strategy and relationship‑building.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare motions
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and hearings
• Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment law issues
• Work directly with clients and contribute to business development efforts

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of employment litigation experience
• Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical, and project‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and strong commitment to client service
• Interest in professional growth and business development
