Key Responsibilities
• Develop litigation strategy and actively manage a caseload of employment matters.
• Draft complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other litigation documents independently.
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and argue motions, including motions for class certification.
• Work with expert witnesses, including financial and statistical experts.
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Assist in trial preparation and represent clients in trial or arbitration proceedings.

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience as an Employment Litigation Attorney or Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney.
• Experience handling employment litigation, including class actions or PAGA claims preferred.
• Active California Bar membership required (CA Bar required).
• Strong knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Court.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Strong commitment to employee advocacy and client service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
