Overview
Seeking an Employment Counseling Attorney to advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for a proactive attorney who can deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on employment law matters (hiring, discipline, terminations)
- Ensure compliance with federal and Massachusetts laws
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Draft policies, handbooks, and employment documents
- Advice on wage & hour, leave, and accommodations
- Support administrative proceedings and potential litigation
- Provide training to HR and management
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar admission (MA preferred)
- 3+ years of employment law experience
- Strong counseling, drafting, and communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The base salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
