Working under close supervision and mentorship, you will interpret technical documentation, assist with schematic development, perform circuit simulation and analysis, build and test prototypes, support fabrication activities, and troubleshoot electronic test systems in laboratory environments. You will work closely with systems, software, and test engineers to integrate hardware and verify system performance. This role provides opportunities to develop technical skills, gain hands-on experience in spacecraft electronics and test hardware, and contribute to the development of system test solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing schematics, PCB/CCA designs, and associated engineering documentation.
• Support the design, fabrication, and testing of custom equipment and electronic assemblies.
• Assist with coordination between fabrication shops, quality teams, technicians, and other engineering disciplines.
• Attend and support design reviews, drawing revisions, redlines, and release processes.
• Support troubleshooting of circuits, assemblies, and test systems during integration and test activities.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn design processes, tools, and documentation practices.
• Communicate technical status and issues to team members and leadership as needed.
• Apply strong organizational and time management skills to complete assigned tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Coursework, internships, or project experience related to analog and/or digital circuit design.
• 0-1 years of professional experience and familiarity with circuit simulation, schematics, or electronics laboratory equipment.
• U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with electrical test and measurement equipment (e.g., digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
