Electro-Mechanical Maintenance – Full-Time
Location: Santa Teresa, NM

About the Role:
We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery. This role includes troubleshooting, installations, preventative maintenance, and following all safety procedures.
Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am)
Shifts switch every 4 months
Work pattern: 3 days on / 4 days off, then 4 days on / 3 days off
Every other weekend off
Job Duties:

• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly.
• Use industrial tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all safety policies and report any issues.
  

Qualifications:

• Electrical knowledge (voltage, amperage, ohms, etc.).
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial tools and machinery.
• Ability to handle physical tasks.
• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
