Job Overview

1. Formulate standard operation procedures for plant systems (central air conditioning, compressed air, vacuum and clean room) and guiding on-site operation;

2. Responsible for the operation data analysis, statistics, prediction and system optimization of air conditioning and process systems to ensure the economic and stable operation of air conditioning systems;

3. Assist senior engineers to operate and manage the clean room according to the temperature, humidity and environmental requirements of the workshop;

4. Propose a professional troubleshooting scheme for on-site operation problems, so as to facilitate the management and maintenance of facilities, optimize spare parts management and downtime of construction failures;

5. Modify or improve the on-site plant facilities in order to meet the safe and stable operation according to the Company's Safety strategy;;

6. Responsible for professional skills training and post skills assessment for on-site technicians;

7. Actively promote energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission reduction, and regularly issue energy conservation and consumption reduction briefings to the management;

8. Cooperate with plant facilities safety & energy saving & quality system certification.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Major in refrigeration, HVAC or related, bachelor degree or above
  2. 6-8 years working experience in operation and maintenance of plant facilities (partial HVAC and automatic control)
  3. Experience in energy management is preferred;
  4. Familiar with the operation and maintenance skills of HVAC and refrigeration systems, and have a certain theoretical basis for nitrogen, vacuum and nitrogen making machines;
  5. Master CAD and office software skillfully, and cooperate with safety-energy saving-quality system certification of factory facilities;
  6. Have strong organization, coordination and on-site management ability, and have good professional quality, teamwork consciousness and work responsibility.
  7. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
