Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Electro-Mechanical Designer with a strong background in SolidWorks and Electrical Systems to support the development of next-generation clean energy solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between mechanical packaging and electrical integration, ensuring seamless design-to-manufacturing workflows for large-scale energy servers.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Design: Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks.

Electrical Integration: Design electrical routing, wire harnesses, and control panel layouts.

System Architecture: Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation for fuel cell modules.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers to ensure enclosures meet thermal, safety, and structural requirements.

Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards (UL, IEEE, or NEC) relevant to high-voltage energy systems.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in a hardware-centric engineering environment.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks (including Routing or Electrical modules is a plus).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical components (sensors, breakers, power electronics) and how they integrate into mechanical chassis.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in renewable energy, power generation, or heavy industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
