Summer Manufacturing Opportunity – Hands-On Experience (West Boylston, MA)
Looking for a paid summer opportunity where you can gain real-world experience in advanced manufacturing? We’re hiring for Electro-Mechanical Assembly roles at a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility.
This is a great fit for college students, recent grads, or anyone interested in engineering, robotics, or hands-on technical work.
What You’ll Do
- Follow step-by-step instructions, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Assemble and build products using hand and power tools
- Work on electrical panels and mechanical assemblies
- Collaborate in small teams (2–8 people)
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (technical school or college coursework is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with your hands (tools, assembly, etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
