Electrical/MV Superintendent

Our client are a general contractor, the Electrical Superintendent will oversee on site electrical execution, ensuring safe, timely, and high quality delivery of construction. The role requires a collaborative mindset, strong field leadership, and experience with multi-trade coordination and self perform work. This is a site based role with a monthly home rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and day to day oversight for related site personnel, including subcontractors and self perform teams.
• Track and report site-level activities in collaboration with project leadership including Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.
• Act as a site liaison between the field, project management, and the client ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Support and promote a strong jobsite safety culture in partnership with the Safety team.
• Ensure quality standards are met through regular oversight, implementation of quality programs, and team training.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in utility scale solar construction
• Background and experience in Medium Voltage and Commissioning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable speaking to large and diverse groups.
• Proven commitment to modern, proactive safety practices and continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass an MVR check, background screening, physical, and drug test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate full-time to project sites, working on a rotation-based schedule.
