Project Manager – Data Center
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Project: Hyperscale Data Center
Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of electrical scopes on a large-scale hyperscale data center project. This role requires strong experience managing complex commercial or industrial electrical work, ideally within mission-critical, infrastructure-heavy, or high-load environments.
The PM will be responsible for financial performance, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project execution from kickoff through completion
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Oversee subcontractor performance and workforce coordination
- Review drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Coordinate with GC, owner, engineers, and internal leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Support procurement of major electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, generators, etc.)
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining margin targets
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
- Background in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred
- Experience with medium-voltage systems, switchgear, generators, and complex power distribution
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
- Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia

Compensation
- Base salary ($130,000 - $180,000)
