Role: Project Manager - Industrial & Water/Wastewater

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $110K-150K

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in the water and wastewater sector. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and crews while keeping projects on track from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead water/wastewater electrical projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors to hit deadlines and budgets
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance on all projects
• Track progress, manage change orders, and report status

What You Bring:

• 5+ years managing construction projects, ideally in water/wastewater or industrial electrical
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational ability
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction best practices

Bonus Points:

• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, or lift stations
• Electrical construction background
