Job Summary:

Seeking a Project Engineer to act as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing, supporting large engine electrical systems. The role focuses on resolving build and quality issues, improving assembly processes, and managing engineering change initiatives rather than heavy design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting electrical build and quality issues
• Act as first point of contact for assembly floor concerns
• Drive BIQ initiatives (CI Cards, ECRs) and manage multiple active projects
• Collaborate with global teams (US & offshore) to resolve engineering issues
• Document assembly processes and support pre-delivery audits
• Improve part traceability and build efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering or related
• 3+ years of engine design experience (internships considered)
• Strong electrical design knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
