Electrical Maintenance SME (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Northeast Ohio | Onsite

Overview

Plant-based electrical leader responsible for improving equipment reliability and supporting maintenance operations in a heavy industrial environment. This role is hands-on with troubleshooting but focused on guiding teams, planning work, and driving execution—not day-to-day wrench turning.

What You’ll Do

• Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, drives, and industrial control systems
• Support and direct electricians in resolving equipment issues
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work, shutdowns, and projects
• Manage contractors and vendors
• Partner with operations and engineering to improve uptime and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial/manufacturing electrical experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills (PLCs, drives, controls)
• Experience leading work or coordinating maintenance activities
• Comfortable working on the plant floor in a heavy industrial setting
