We are seeking a Low to Medium volt Electrical expert that is well experienced with training and content development – to help establish an electrical training program in Houston.
Working in support of the Director of Knowledge Management and with support from the Director of Electrical, this Electrical Trainer role - is key for continued growth and will be responsible for generating training content, assessing competencies, and administering effective training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles. A ground floor opportunity to help build an electrical training program, supporting curriculum creation and participate in the launch of a new employee education program – this is not for the faint of heart.
Working from the corporate training center, you will work in support of regional teams to deliver knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
